Our aim is to empower you to unlock your life's utmost potential by improving your longevity with fitness, nutrition, and emotional intelligence.

My name is Andrew Jones. I was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, and raised in California, United States. I grew up in a household led by my mother, a prominent CEO/President of her own company, where the intersection of business and adventure shaped my upbringing. Throughout my childhood, I displayed a strong inclination towards outdoor activities and sports, often preferring the freedom of the outdoors to the confines of the classroom. I can proudly say that I have developed my core values, discipline, and way of life by interacting with like minded individuals who want to better themselves, whether that is by traveling the world and visiting different cultures, and being a part of sports during that time. While my mother dedicated herself to her professional pursuits in business, I found solace and fulfillment in exploring the world around me, fostering a spirit of independence and resilience, which has led me to developing my own business.

Each passing year marked an opportunity for me to delve deeper into the realm of sports competitions and traveling, carving a notable reputation for myself. Across various disciplines of sports, I ascended to the pinnacle of athletic achievement. Whether that was playing soccer in Italy to Mexico, to summiting on Mount Rainier or Mount Hood, playing a competitive game of volleyball in Australia and New England, I was able to learn and develop new skills in sports and with interacting with others.

Beyond the competitive arena, my leisure pursuits encompass hiking, swimming, surfing, climbing, cycling, skiing, jujitsu, cross country running, powerlifting, deep sea diving, off-roading, and bodybuilding. During intervals away from both competition and recreation, my focus shifted to scholarly endeavors. I immersed myself in educational texts and research projects, delving into areas such as kinesiology, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, nutrition, personal training, Crossfit, powerlifting, and the latest advancements in the science of human physiology and fitness. There will always be a need for improvement in every aspect, since new research is being developed as we speak.

Once I started crafting and sticking to my own workout routines consisting of Function Exercises and Rehabilitation, I quickly noticed a remarkable improvement not only in my performance on the field but also in my everyday life. It was satisfying to see the positive impact firsthand, and soon, designing these programs became something I genuinely enjoyed. Seeing them work so effectively made the process all the more rewarding. Little did I know, at that time, I was forgetting something very important. The subtle practice on developing my mindset with mental health.

I joined the Military Armed Forces to push my fitness journey further, especially in special operations. But everything changed dramatically during a mountaineering training exercise when I fell off a cliff, dropping about 30 feet and landing on a boulder directly on my lower spine. Doctors and surgeons then delivered the crushing news that I might never walk again if I went through surgery, and without surgery, I wouldn't be able to walk the way I did before. It was during this time, back in 2018, that I initially created this website. Sadly, I eventually deleted it, convinced by the doctors' prognosis that my fitness journey had come to an abrupt end, and I wouldn't be able to share or develop fitness programs that I have done myself.

Throughout my rehabilitation journey, the discipline honed from years of dedicated fitness training became my guiding light. Despite facing immense physical and emotional challenges, I persevered, driven by an unwavering determination to defy the odds. The road to recovery was fraught with setbacks, each physical therapy and medical session reigniting the pain and suffering back to square one. I could barely walk, sit up, get down, or do any type of daily tasks. I was slowly drowning into depression and anxiety without noticing it. Yet, I refused to succumb to despair. This is where I learned and practiced a lot about my mental health. Seeking solace in counseling, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, delving into practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and mental health practice.

On top of this, I reviewed the past decade of my training routines and status, creating a fool proof program and way of life with functional fitness training. I care and practice on human functional performance training and strengthening of the mindset to increase longevity, reduce injuries, and become overall healthier. I consider this project a new era of fitness. There is a lack of information that provides everyday people like you and me, the results and practice towards living an all around healthier lifestyle.

Counseling became an integral part of my rehabilitation process, providing me with the tools to navigate the complexities of my recovery journey. Through mindful reflection and steadfast discipline, I gradually reclaimed control over my body and mind, piecing together the fragments of my shattered happiness. Eventually, I achieved feats once deemed impossible by relooking over my physical training plans worth a decade of notes and rebuilding myself with little to no help from my Doctors: completing a marathon, biking 112 miles, running five miles in just under 30 minutes, hiking 22 miles with nearly 30 pounds of gear, swimming two miles, and reigniting my passion for surfing, hiking, diving, traveling, powerlifting, and functional fitness training. This is when I relied on building a solid foundation with my inner self.

With renewed vigor, I resurrected my old training routine, infusing it with newfound wisdom and sensibility gleaned from years of experience to Functional Fitness Training, and mixing that with mental development practice. Today, I stand as living proof that resilience, determination, and a relentless pursuit of self-improvement can conquer even the most formidable of challenges. I want to share with the world, if I can succumb from my incident, and make it out better than I was before, I am positive I can help guide you towards finding your upmost potential. PFE, has been developed for anyone who puts in the work. Anyone can benefit off of PFE, I can promise you that, but don't take my word, give PFE a try.

CONCLUSION

From my early immersion in fitness and sports to grappling with a spinal injury following a mountaineering mishap, I've come to understand a crucial truth: life is a rollercoaster of ups and downs, but our response to challenges can shape our outcomes. Overcoming the grim prognosis of never walking again through intensive rehabilitation and counseling underscored the power of mindset in shaping our realities.
